本名Jason Harrow的Kardinal Offishall，由牙买加移民的父母一手带大，9岁即展现出饶舌天赋，12岁赢得才艺比赛后，有机会登上舞台大秀技能，台下甚至坐了南非前总统曼德拉！20岁时在华纳唱片集团下发行之“Rap Essentials Volume One”合辑中暖身献唱"Naughty Dread"，入围加拿大朱诺奖“最佳饶舌录音”提名，1997年却于Capitol Hill Music独立厂发行处女之航‘Eye & I’。2000年转投效MCA Records推出‘Quest For Fire: Firestarter, Vol. 1’，夺下金唱片销售。相距四年光阴，再获EMI/Virgin国际品牌肯定，出版Kardinal久违大作‘Fire And Glory’，并开始担任其他艺人的幕后制作操手，更让美国群星注意到这位才子的深厚功力。
